ScarfaceMS Donation Full Terms & Conditions
All donations are final and non-refundable for they are a donation.
Donations are out of your own free will and they are not forced.
Donations will be used to pay for expenses, upgrades & maintenance to improve our server.
If your account is terminated for any reason, you are not entitled to a reimbursement.
Donation gifts will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or dropped in game.
Donations can't be returned to customers once completed.
Handing out the Gifts can take a while, but normaly you get it in within 48hours upon time of donation.
ScarfaceMS will not be responsible for donations done with stolen credit cards and/or paypal accounts.
All fraud donations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for Credit Card fraud is illegal.
Any donations that are charged back will result in a ban from the game, for it is concidered fraud.

1. User Agreement
Users are to only use legitiment/non-fraud expenses that are not illegal in any way. Once you had donated, you have chosen to help ScarfaceMS willingly.

2. Disputes / Charge back Agreement
If you dispute your donation you are disobeying the following rules and which will lead to consequences.
- Charging back when or if ban.
- Charging back when you quit.

We do not entertain dispute as this is a DONATION not purchasing or items or goods.

3. Settlement
When you donate, you are knowing the consequences of the fines or results of disputes.
Disputes will not be entertained.

4. Donation Benefits
We give donation benefits base on the amount of donation that was donated.
Should you get banned or jailed due to hacks or misconducting in game, we do not entertain refunds.

5. Not Admissable to Court
To this corporate company, this is not an admissable act to going to court. This will be against you and the division. When donated and losing the dispute, you may not sue against us.


Sometimes running a server can be stressful as well as financially straining, as we run this server in our own free time with money and sources completely from our own pockets. So recently, we decided to add a donation button to the website.

If you enjoy our server and its features; please consider making a donation to keep us alive and strong, so we can continue to bring you more new exclusive content.

All donations will go directly to improve the server and upgrade many things so our community can have a better gaming experience and more fun for all. The money we get from Donations is used to pay the host or any other required features for running this server.
We do NOT use this money for our own needs. (Meaning we won't like buy any items next to what we need for the server.) When you donate you will recieve a small donation gift in game of your choice to show our appreciation.

Donations are accepted via PayPal, and there is no minimum amount USD. Please also include the IGN of the character you would like to be able to recieve the donation reward in the message section of your donation. Thank you.

1$ = 10 points
5$ = 50 points
10$ = 105 points
25$ = 270 points
50$ = 600 points
100$ = 1400 Points

1p = 1GM scroll 100% work.(GM scroll take slots)
5p = 1 Dragon Stone (for HT) # 10 Stones = 30 points
35p = 1 Cash item (any) # 3 items = 100p
35p = No dmg cap and unlimited text Client
40p = 1 Regular item # 3 items = 110p
40p = 1 Chair # 3 Chairs = 110p
50p = Name change (Allowed *<>[]() etc. - Max 13 characters).
50p = Guild name
75p = 30.000 AP
250p = 120.000 AP
90p = HT Neck +20
90p = GM Hat with 999 stats
150p = Any Item+ 30k AP+ 3k W.atack+ 2k M.Atack + 15 Slots
200p = HT Neck + 32k AP + 15k W.atack + 2k M.Atack
250p = GM Hat + 32k AP + 10k W.atack + 2k M.Atack + 20 Slots

300p = Donator Status.
600p = GM Status. (U must follow all the rules)

If i were too get the Gm hat with 32k stats etc. would the 32k be on top of my regualr stats or is it just total?

well im usually on from 7-12 Mountain Standard Time zone so whenever then we can meet up
