Site crasher

Can someone please help me get this to work? I get stuck on step 6. My friend gave this to me & she said it can crash domain sites like .come, .net, .tk, etc. But I can't get it to work!!! If you can help me PLEASE teach me...the link will be posted on the bottom. THANKS

because i need help crashing a different server because they mess with mines too MUCH

Well first of all, if it works, which i highly doubt, it can be dangerous to us, and second of all, the link is broken.

if its dangerous why would my close friend send it to me? i wouldnt use it if it was dangerous.

Well, i dont know why your friend would, but im not trusting the program, nor do i think anyone else should
