Unable To Log Onto Game Server? Empty

I tried playing Scarface MS and after I logged in and chose my channel I clicked on my character and it froze then gave me a message that said Unable to log onto the game server. Can anybody please help me with this?

I have the same problem right now and i have no idea how to fix this.....
And also i went on ch 4 and was able to play but i tried to transfer to ch1 and i froze while teleing there. Ch1 and 2 must have a prob or glitch.......
